Located on the L.G. Smith blvd, The Promenade is a successful blend of fine, but casual European dining. We are a family owned restaurant and not just a business; most of our guests are dear friends of ours. You will always find Peter, Lydia (his wife), Andreas (his son), or Eric at the restaurant and we always have time to chat. Peter a classically trained European chef together with his prodigy Eric will provide you with a real dining experience.
If there something you want that's not on the menu just ask and they will gladly make it for you and if it's a unique dish just call up a day in advance and they will get it for you. We pride ourselves as not just being a restaurant but a place where everybody is special. Peter, Lydia and Eric's goal was to great a restaurant where everybody feels at home. Too many restaurants have lost their personal interaction with their guest and just treat their guest as clients. Peter loves the kitchen and most of all wants to build a special relationship between food and friendship. As he explains in his strong Austrian accent that is the way we dine in Europe. He is also a firm believer that the only way to advertise is through word of mouth. "If they’re not talking about you on the beach you have a problem"(Peter).
Come and enjoy our famous all you can eat Appetizer night. This is a unique concept only found at the Promenade. If you are in Aruba it is definitely an experience. All you have to do is show up be seated and relax and we will look after you. The concept is simple you sit down relax and order from our Appetizer menu (over 25 items) and the waiter will bring your appetizers. The best part is it never stops until you are full. Appetizer night is every night.
